We are looking to hire HR / Admin Executive for our Lahore office to be positioned in Johar Town, Lahore. Below is the job description.

Strong knowledge of HR
Hiring the new employees through detailed hiring process including posting job adverts, filtering the potential candidates, scheduling interviews etc.
Maintaining HR record for all employee related issues.
Preparing and issuing all HR relevant letters/documents/certificates to employees in consultation with the organization's management.
Ability to manage staff Attendance by making all deductions following Company HR policies.
Facilitating new employees with completing HR formalities and providing a thorough orientation of the system.
Ability to prepare staff salaries by making deductions following all applicable taxes,
Managing the full and final settlement of employees on HR part
Assisting in payroll processing.
Maintain employee leaves & Attendance record on daily basis and should have knowledge of HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.
Manage Office’s day to day operations.
