Junior Digital Marketing Executive

Adam & Sons Trading is seeking a motivated Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This role focuses on supporting and executing digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms, including social media, paid advertising, search engine optimization, and e-commerce marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm and a foundational understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, assisting in the development and growth of brand presence online. This position involves hands-on participation in campaign planning, content creation, and performance analysis to optimize marketing effectiveness. The Junior Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing social media accounts, contributing to advertising campaigns, and supporting product launches and promotional events. Collaboration with internal teams such as content creators, web developers, and designers will be essential to implement cohesive marketing strategies that meet business goals. Although no team management is required, this role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic marketing environment while staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn by creating and scheduling engaging posts.
Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) as well as Google Ads and other digital channels.
Conduct basic keyword and competitor research to support SEO strategies and website content optimization.
Support Shopify and e-commerce marketing activities including product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Monitor website traffic, advertising performance, and social media analytics to prepare performance reports and suggest actionable improvements.
Coordinate with website developers, designers, and content creators to ensure consistent marketing messaging and brand identity.
Assist with email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
Utilize digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and Facebook Pixel for data-driven campaign management.
Stay informed about new digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to recommend innovative marketing approaches.
Contribute to content planning, copywriting, and basic graphic design using tools like Canva or similar creative platforms to produce attractive and effective marketing materials.
