SALES TAX
- Coordination with all divisions for collection of Sales Tax data.
- Verification of Input Tax of H.O. with the invoices.
- Searching, marking & verification of NTN & STRN of various parties.
- Computation & Reconciliation of Sales Tax input of divisions & H.O. with the GL’s.
- Collection of GST invoices from divisions.
- Identification of time bar invoices, marking of invoice numbers, invoice date, GST & NTN.
- Identification of wrong deductions and any other particulars in Sales Tax Data.
- Deposit of Monthly Sales Tax on due date.
- Monthly submission of Sales Tax return of FBR along with Annexure A, C & I.
- Monthly submission of Sales Tax return of SRB along with Annexure A, C. & I.
- Monthly submission of Sales Tax Return of KPK and BRA along with Annexure A, C. & I.
OTHER TAX ASSIGNMENTS.
- Recording of payments of Sales Tax.
- Recording of Monthly Output Tax and Input Tax adjustment in GL.
- Reconciliation of Tax G.Ls.
- Advice to Finance Department for Deduction of Income Tax and Sales Tax on payments made to suppliers.
- Respond to customer queries e.g. Copies of Sales Tax Returns along with Annexure C.
- Issuance of Sales Tax certificates.
- Assisting to Tax manager in preparation of reports and Tax hearing.
- Reply of Notices and Compliances on all Sales Tax and Income Tax matters.
