- Approve quotations, issue motor policies, endorsements, resolve undertaking issues according to underwriting manual and guidelines.
- Ensure that all Motor Insurance quotations are approved timely, under compliance with Underwriting guidelines.
- To enter Direct policies in software.
- To ensure to enter all types of Motor endorsements in software and ensure to update with RTA.
- To ensure that all related documents are received and filed properly.
- To ensure swift response through mails, phone and face to face contact with brokers, development staff and customers.
- Provide support to brokers and development staff to achieve and retain existing business.
- To coordinate with Finance Department for feedback of outstanding premiums of Motor Insurance policies, before approving policies (direct/ corporate customer).
- To send renewal letters to direct/ corporate customers.
