We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering and will be responsible for maintaining records and monitoring the progress of ongoing projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage project documentation effectively.
Responsibilities:
Project Record Maintenance:
- Maintain comprehensive records for all ongoing projects, including documentation, reports, and communications.
- Ensure that all project-related documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
Progress Tracking:
- Monitor and track the progress of ongoing projects against established timelines and milestones.
- Prepare regular progress reports and updates for management and stakeholders.
Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate project status and updates effectively to all relevant parties.
Documentation Management:
- Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and complies with organizational standards.
- Maintain records of project changes, approvals, and deviations.
Issue Resolution:
- Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in project records and progress.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any project-related challenges.
Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure that all project activities adhere to organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
- 4 years of Proven experience in project management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
