Stock Control

  • Executing the in and out stock orders inputs in the system.
  • Receiving orders and checking against stock and inventory records.
  • Coordinating stock counts.
  • Monitoring supplier performance and analysing discrepancies.
  • Communicating with the internal production plan area to check the daily needs.
  • Planning and forecasting ordering of inventory items such as stock, raw materials and parts.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and planning delivery schedules.
  • Responsible for doing the packing and shipping of each order.

Finishing area

  • Planning of Finishing activities:
  • Follow up on the orders running in the finishing department.
  • Takes target plan from Production Planning Department.
  • Monitors the execution of packing plan, and makes sure to close shift as per plan.
  • Review and finalize order-wise production plan of each order, and organizes pre-production meetings among planning, technical and operations wings.
  • Assess quality control parameters and monitors the results.
  • Responsible for external audit clearance, follow up final audit with QC (Quality Control), gets packing reports for last day, and monitors printing plan according to customer requirements. Finishing Operations Management:
  • Monitors the finishing & packing of the garment, monitor days production plan, target/capacity calculation with team leaders to achieve targets, ensure availability of sundries for next shift packing plan, and monitors inventory status.
  • Keeps liaison with washing, spraying, scrapping & re-screening process for feedback of seconds, selects the quality of the trim.
  • Checks out daily
  • Update packing planning time to time according to the current situation.
  • Distribute packing planning to all related finishing area staff.
  • Creating reports and analyzing performance against key performance indicators.
