We work with our in-house team of developers and marketers to come up with unique solutions based on round customer needs. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced SDR to join the team in Lahore and develop a sales pipeline for the sales teams.

The Role

With the extensive growth of Adeo, a new role has arisen within the sales division for an experienced Sales Development Representative SDR.

Reporting to the Commercial Director and working closely with other members of the team, you’ll assist in managing, nurturing, qualifying and growing a pipeline of interested prospects.

  • Good organization skills and a methodical approach

  • Problem-solving - turning objections into opportunities
  • Teamwork - an ability to generate high value, well-qualified sales meetings.
  • Engage with executives in targeted prospect accounts through all channels.
  • Orchestrate discussions with senior executives around their business needs.
  • 2/3 years of sales or related market/ business experience.
  • The ability to write succinct, crisp emails.
  • An intrinsic motivation to continually improve yourself through learning.
  • Familiar with leading CRM systems, we currently use Sharp Spring.
  • A Passion to be surrounded by high energy people striving to make a real difference.
  • Excellent communicator with great written and spoken English
  • 100% results driven
  • Highly analytical with a drive for continual improvement and automation
  • Thrive working under pressure
  • Desirable – Understanding of Sharp Spring Marketing Automation Platform

Working Hours

UK standard 9:00 AM GMT to 5:30 PM GMT

Pakistan: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM
