Dawood University of Engineering and Technology (DUET) is seeking an Adjunct Faculty Member to join its academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in their area of expertise, including lectures, labs, and tutorials. This role involves preparing comprehensive course materials, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support student learning. The position is full-time and on-site in Pakistan, requiring active engagement in departmental meetings, academic events, and collaborative university initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, laboratory sessions, and tutorials aligned with course objectives.
- Prepare and update course materials such as syllabi, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance through various assessment methods and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate academic records and documentation.
- Hold regular office hours to advise and mentor students, supporting their academic and professional development.
- Participate actively in curriculum development and enhancement in accordance with departmental and university standards.
- Engage in departmental meetings, academic events, and collaborative projects within the university community.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced academic qualification, preferably a Master’s degree or PhD, in a relevant engineering or technology discipline from a recognized institution.
- Proven university-level teaching experience with the ability to design and deliver engaging, outcomes-focused courses.
- Strong skills in classroom management, student assessment, and academic advising.
- Proficiency in using educational technologies and learning management systems to enhance teaching and student engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated commitment to inclusive and non-discriminatory teaching practices.
