Responsibilities
Looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and experienced Software Engineer to help the company grow to the next level.
To work efficiently at this level, a candidate MUST have the following skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Java, Kafka, Druid, Tomcat, Lucene, JavaScript, Unix, and Scripting
- Knowledge of NoSQL technologies like MongoDB
- Knowledge of data modeling, SQL, data warehousing is a plus
- Familiarity with Amazon EC2 and GC is a plus.
Role
- Work with team members to discuss technical solutions with them.
- Must have 5+ years of experience as a Java Software Engineer
- Excellent communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Architectural principles
- Ability to extract consensus from the team
- Must have worked very closely with the operations team
