Admin Assistant Controller

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Controller to oversee the daily operations of our security control room located in DHA Phase 1, Lahore. The successful candidate will lead a team of control room operators to ensure continuous and effective monitoring of security systems. This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can respond promptly to alarms, coordinate emergency responses, and maintain high service standards for our clients. The position is full-time, offers a monthly salary between Rs 50,000 and Rs 55,000, and requires working on rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead control room operators, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV, alarm systems, and access control to ensure uninterrupted coverage and system functionality.
- Manage alarm responses, incidents, and emergencies by coordinating with field officers, emergency services, and clients.
- Analyze real-time security data to make informed decisions and escalate incidents when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all security-related incidents, activities, and communications within the control room.
- Provide continuous training and support to control room personnel to maintain high performance and procedural compliance.
- Troubleshoot operational issues related to security systems and escalate technical problems to the appropriate departments.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of the control room team.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive reports for management regarding security incidents, system performance, and operational challenges.
- Implement security plans and protocols for high-risk areas or events, ensuring strict compliance with company policies.
- Ensure availability and readiness of backup equipment and resources for emergency situations.
- Collaborate with other departments, including field officers and customer service, to maintain seamless communication and operational efficiency.

Shift Timings:
- 22:00 to 07:00
- 06:00 to 15:00
- 14:00 to 23:00 (subject to operational requirements)

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing security control room operations or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of surveillance and security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control.
- Ability to make quick, well-informed decisions during emergencies.
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed logs and preparing accurate reports.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively work with multiple departments.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts as per operational needs.
