We are seeking an experienced Admin Services Coordinator II to manage and streamline daily administrative operations within our organization. This role involves overseeing vendor coordination, facility management, inventory control, and procurement support to ensure efficient office functionality. The successful candidate will maintain accurate administrative records, support purchase requisition and goods receipt processes, and collaborate closely with internal departments and external vendors to deliver seamless administrative services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative and office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain comprehensive office records, documentation, and correspondence.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to support operational needs.
- Monitor and control office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels.
- Generate and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Goods Receipts (GRs) accurately.
- Oversee facility maintenance and provide administrative support services.
- Prepare detailed administrative reports, expense trackers, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and administrative guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in administrative operations, ideally within retail or corporate environments.
- Proven skills in administrative and facility management.
- Strong vendor coordination and procurement support capabilities.
- Proficiency in inventory control and managing PR and GR processes.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and record-keeping skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Candidates with prior experience in store administration will be given preference. This is a permanent position based at the Head Office in Lahore.
