Reports to: Senior Manager/Director
We are seeking an experienced and organized Admin Manager to oversee administrative operations, ensure efficient day-to-day activities, and provide support to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Oversight: Oversee administrative operations, including office management, facilities, and supplies.
2. Staff Supervision: Supervise administrative staff, including performance management, training, and development.
3. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
4. Communication: Coordinate communication between departments, ensuring timely and effective information exchange.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, contracts, and other documents.
6. Budgeting: Assist in budget preparation and management for administrative expenses.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in administrative management.
3. Excellent organizational skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
4. Strong communication skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office: Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
