• Should have full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Maintain strong relationship with vendors and keep the price data in order to get better pricing and supplies and services
  • Asset management and inventory control
  • Arrange executive Hotel, Travelling, and Dining arrangements as needed
  • Should have experience of handling housekeeping activities and Kitchen/Mess Management
  • Looking after janitorial staff duties
