Key Responsibilities:
1. Support operational support team in day-to-day activities.
2. Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of office building.
3. Maintains filing systems as assigned.
4. Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
5. Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors as directed by the line manager.
6. Coordinating logistics for meetings and events.
7. Update monthly vehicle fuel and stock consumption reports.
8. Maintains a system for recording expenses and the use of petty cash.
9. Support with handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
10. Support with travel arrangements, such as booking flights, and cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
11. Organizing and overseeing conferences or seminars.
12. Processing utility bills, vendor invoices, and expenses to finance.
13. Implementing safety protocols within the office.
14. Maintain logbooks of vehicles and vehicle maintenance and repair records.
15. Ensure proper filing of all data and information under the supervision of the Sr. Admin officer.
16. Fixed assets assets Tracking & tagging.
17. Received the inventory items and physically count them as per supervisor instructions.
