This role involves overseeing the daily operations of non-clinical services at an outreach center, ensuring smooth coordination and support for various functions such as housekeeping, electrical maintenance, engineering, security, and biomedical equipment (BME). The incumbent will act as a liaison between the outreach center and the main campus administration to address requests and resolve any issues related to outreach staff and activities. Maintaining accurate records, including daily patient logs and feedback forms, is a key part of the position. Additionally, the role requires managing the procurement process for instruments and supplies needed by outreach staff and doctors, following approval protocols. Ensuring compliance with infection control standards through proper cleaning practices is essential. The individual will also be expected to undertake any additional duties assigned by supervisors or the Head of Department (HOD).

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily operations of non-clinical services including housekeeping, electrical, engineering, security, and biomedical equipment at the outreach center.
- Coordinate with administration and support services at the main campus to resolve requests and queries related to outreach staff and center activities.
- Update and maintain the daily patient log accurately.
- Collect feedback forms from the center and enter the data into the system for further analysis.
- Process authorization and indent requests for instruments and other items required by outreach clinics, ensuring approvals from the HOD Outreach are obtained.
- Oversee and ensure proper cleaning and maintenance in accordance with infection control protocols at the assigned center.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or HOD to support the smooth functioning of the outreach services.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar role involving coordination or operations management.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
