This role is essential for managing and supporting all office administration functions within the office premises under the guidance of the Admin or State Head. The successful candidate will ensure smooth daily operations by maintaining a clean and organized workspace, handling correspondence, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with office events. This position requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage multiple tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily office activities, including cleaning workspaces and delivering letters and documents to the relevant departments or employees.
- Procure and maintain office supplies, ensuring that all office equipment such as printers, desktops, and scanners are functioning properly.
- Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, handle correspondence, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
- Coordinate with vendors and technicians for office maintenance, repairs, and related services to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Assist in organizing office events, activities, celebrations, and meetings to support a positive workplace culture.

Required Qualifications

- Successful completion of Intermediate (10+2) from a recognized institute or board.
- Strong interpersonal and management skills to effectively interact with staff, visitors, and vendors.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to handle correspondence and phone calls professionally.
- Basic understanding of operating standard office equipment such as printers, desktops, and scanners.
- A professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality and represent the office positively.
