ADMISSION & COUNSELLING OFFICER

Nexskill is seeking a dynamic and motivated Admission & Counselling Officer to join our team at the Garden Town Head Office in Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through their educational journey by providing detailed information about courses and career opportunities. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to handling inquiries, and the ability to meet admission targets while maintaining strong coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding available courses and potential career paths.
- Manage admission inquiries received via phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits.
- Follow up consistently with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student inquiries and admissions data.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment goals as set by the organization.
- Collaborate effectively with the admissions and academic departments to ensure smooth processing.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills in both English and Urdu.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with prospective students and their families.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication abilities are encouraged to apply.
