We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Admissions Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring they receive accurate information and support from initial enquiry to enrolment. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various internal departments to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new students.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide prospective students by providing detailed information on courses, fees, and entry requirements.
- Respond promptly to enquiries and offer continuous support throughout the admissions process.
- Manage student applications, handle documentation, and conduct timely follow-ups to ensure completion.
- Meet enrolment targets while maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and streamline the student onboarding process.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in admissions, student recruitment, sales, or customer service.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience using CRM systems.
