Admission Officer / Student Counselor (GED Program)

We are a growing educational institute specializing in internationally recognized GED programs, dedicated to helping students achieve academic success and access global opportunities. We are currently seeking a confident and motivated Admission Officer to manage student inquiries and guide prospective students through the GED admission process. This role requires effective counseling, lead conversion, and maintaining clear communication with students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Provide detailed information about the GED program, including subjects, fees, and exam procedures.
- Counsel students and parents on career pathways and educational options.
- Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain accurate student records and conduct timely follow-ups.
- Assist students with registration and documentation processes.
- Coordinate with academic staff to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Confident, presentable, and persuasive personality.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in admissions, sales, or student counseling.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
