Hitek Trainings is looking for a motivated and energetic female Admissions Coordinator to join its Sialkot branch on a full-time basis. The role focuses on guiding prospective students through the admissions process for digital skills programs, ensuring they receive clear and accurate information about courses. The Admissions Coordinator will act as a vital link between students and the training team, maintaining effective communication and supporting the enrollment process. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-organized, and passionate about empowering youth through education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist both walk-in and online inquiries by providing detailed information about available courses.
- Counsel students and parents on course content, fees, and schedules to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Manage admission forms, documentation, and oversee the enrollment process efficiently.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and email to maintain engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions, and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate with trainers and management to organize batch schedules and ensure smooth operations.
- Provide a welcoming and professional front-desk experience for all visitors.
Required Qualifications:
- Good communication skills in Urdu; basic English proficiency is advantageous.
- Confident and positive personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office, WhatsApp, and Google Forms.
- Responsible, well-organized, and approachable demeanor.
- Genuine interest in growing within the education and digital skills sector.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
