You'll be the creative force behind our social media presence and video content, transforming complex financial and accounting topics into engaging and informative visuals.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with marketing to understand the core message and key takeaways of financial/accounting content (articles, blog posts, etc.)
Design compelling visuals for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn etc.) including:
Static Images: Eyecatching graphics, charts, and illustrations that support the content.
Infographics: Visually appealing and informative infographics that break down complex financial concepts.
Develop a cohesive Instagram grid strategy that maintains a consistent brand aesthetic and tells a visual story.
Create explainer and promotional videos that effectively communicate our services and core messages. (Scripting and filming will be handled by other team members, but your design input is crucial)
Stay uptodate on design trends and best practices for social media and video content
Adapt existing design elements for different platforms and content formats
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Designer or similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, particularly in infographics, social media visuals, and explainer video design (storyboards or conceptual mockups)
Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or Premiere Pro (experience with video editing software a plus)
Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, layout principles, and color theory
Grasp of financial and accounting terminology (not required to be an expert, but comfortable working with the subject matter)
Familiarity with social media design trends and best practices for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X etc.)
