We are currently looking for a Manager, Ideation and Concepts for Rebrand - our company dealing in promotional giveaways, corporate gifts and offset production.
What is to be done
- Understand client briefs completely including desired product, desired target/effect, user experience and budgetary constraints
- Do market research to come up with suggestions for the product
- Create specifications for the product targeted to meet client requirements
- Prepare and deliver presentations regarding envisioned product design and specifications, internally and for clients
- Write-up product design and specification brief for design team
- Ensure that the designed product is as per client's requirements (always seeking to offer more value out of given budget)
- Keep a keen eye on production/outsourcing for the designed product
- Ensure desired product quality and product specifications through respective production/sourcing team
- Prepare reports to record whole process and achieved results
- Liaison between the client (directly, or internal client service team) and production and supply chain teams
What are we looking for
- At least a four years bachelors degree in business, marketing, product design or product development
- At least two years of experience in product development, ideation, concept development or similar positions in credible organizations
- Excellent Aesthetics
- High sensitivity to color, surfaces, materials, environments and forms
- Ability to grasp product and market knowledge
- Ability to generate themes, ideas
- Excellent communication skills, especially writing skills
- Creativity, intuitiveness, analytical and problem solving skills
- Desire to learn and grow
- Team player with a can-do work attitude
- Self starter and motivated
