We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Assistant Academic Head  to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Academic Head in managing academic programs, developing academic policies, and supervising faculty members. In addition, the candidate will also be responsible for promoting and selling our academic programs to prospective students, parents, and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Academic Head to develop and implement academic policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Assist the Academic Head in supervising faculty members and ensuring the quality of instruction.
  • Monitor academic program enrollment and provide recommendations to the Academic Head on strategies to increase enrollment.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote academic programs to prospective students, parents, and partners.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with current and prospective partners to promote our academic programs.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for new academic programs.
  • Participate in recruitment events such as education fairs and conferences to promote our academic programs.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure that the enrollment process runs smoothly.
  • Develop and maintain a database of prospective students and partners.
  • Prepare regular reports on academic program enrollment, marketing activities, and sales revenue.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, education, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in academic program management and sales marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing plans to promote academic programs.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in the education industry is a plus.
