  1. Add designing and publishing (Social media, Newspapers) Segregate CVs as per job criteria
  2. Prepare comprehensive summary of relevant CVs and sent to MHR for further short listing
  3. Prepare interview panel list and informed to panel persons about interview schedule
  4. Calls to candidates for interview and conduct interview after interview prepare interview assessment summary for final interview.
  5. Call to selected candidates for documentation and hiring processing
  6. Orientation of newly hired employee so that he/she can understand our culture

  6. Prepare renewal proposal of both insurances each year Monthly Payments of EOBI and PESSI

  10. Performance Appraisal
  11. Annually and Performance evaluation of all company employees

  1. Inter Office Memos
  2. Appointment Letters, Offer Letter
  3. Warring, Show Cause, Appreciation, Confirmation and Pay Raise letters
  4. Keep record of employee’s personal files (Hard and Soft)
