Advance Web Application Development Instructor(NAVTTC Project Base)

We are seeking an experienced Advance Web Application Development Instructor to deliver practical, industry-relevant training aligned with the NAVTTC course outline. The ideal candidate will teach both frontend and backend web development technologies, including PHP, MySQL, Laravel, and related tools. This role involves guiding students through hands-on projects and assignments to ensure they gain strong technical skills and remain engaged throughout the training period.

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the course outlines provided by PNY Trainings and complete the curriculum within the stipulated timeframe.
- Deliver training based on the approved NAVTTC Advance Web Application Development curriculum.
- Teach HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive web design principles.
- Instruct students on JavaScript fundamentals, including functions, loops, objects, and arrays.
- Provide training on jQuery, covering selectors, events, and effects.
- Teach PHP fundamentals such as functions, arrays, forms, and control structures.
- Deliver Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts in PHP, including classes, objects, inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction, and encapsulation.
- Train students in MySQL database creation, SQL operations, and PHP database integration.
- Guide students in CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) application development.
- Teach Laravel framework concepts, including architecture, routing, Blade templates, MVC pattern, migrations, relationships, and security.
- Support students in developing REST APIs and Laravel-based applications through practical assignments, coding tasks, assessments, and examinations.
- Oversee student projects such as CRUD applications, REST API development, Gallery App, and final projects.
- Actively engage students using interactive teaching methods, practical activities, and continuous classroom participation to maintain motivation and connection with the course.
- Monitor student attendance and participation, taking timely follow-up actions to minimize dropouts and ensure retention throughout the training period. For example, if a batch starts with 50 students, the instructor should strive to complete the course with the same number of students.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching or training experience in Web Development.
- 4 to 5 years of industrial experience in Web Application Development with hands-on expertise in PHP, MySQL, Laravel, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and related technologies.
- Strong practical knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Laravel, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, CRUD operations, REST APIs, and MVC architecture.
- Excellent communication, presentation, classroom management, and project-guidance skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in maintaining high student engagement and retention during training programs.
- Ability to identify and support students with low attendance or participation through timely interventions.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs55,000.
- Work location is in person, providing direct interaction with students and hands-on training opportunities.
