We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Sales Representative / Closer who can confidently convert qualified leads into long-term clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing services and a proven track record in B2B or B2C sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with warm leads and conduct discovery calls to understand client needs.
Present tailored digital marketing solutions based on client goals.
Deliver persuasive pitches and handle objections professionally.
Close deals and follow up to ensure a smooth onboarding.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report progress to management.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in a Sales Closer or similar sales role (preferably in digital marketing).
Strong knowledge of digital services like SEO, SMM, PPC, and Web Development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, results-driven, and self-motivated.
Comfortable working night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
