As an Advisory Board Member at Aware2Act Youth, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of programs focused on health, climate, and social awareness. This volunteer position requires active participation in regular on-site meetings in Pakistan, where you will review ongoing initiatives and contribute valuable insights on organizational priorities and resource allocation. Your involvement will directly influence the effectiveness and reach of the organization’s projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance on program development and implementation related to health, climate, and social issues.
- Support the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Contribute to fundraising efforts and partnership development by offering expertise in resource mobilization.
- Advise on outreach strategies and impact measurement to enhance community engagement and program effectiveness.
- Mentor and support youth leaders, sharing knowledge and experience to build their capacity.
- Assist in strengthening governance structures and promoting organizational sustainability.
- Commit to active participation in on-site meetings and activities in Pakistan on a volunteer basis.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to apply finance and fundraising skills to support budgeting, resource planning, and donor engagement.
- Strong analytical and research skills to provide evidence-based recommendations and contribute to program design.
- Experience in marketing to guide communication strategies, branding, and community outreach efforts.
- Proven interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a talent for mentoring and working effectively with young leaders.
- Willingness and ability to participate on-site in Pakistan and dedicate time as a volunteer.
