HR/Production Manager

Adwise Labs is seeking an experienced HR/Production Manager to join our team and lead a group of 8 dedicated team members. This role is integral to managing both human resources and production functions, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective workforce planning, and maintaining quality control. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with organizational efficiency to oversee employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and production processes within a dynamic work environment. The HR/Production Manager is responsible for coordinating team activities, tracking staff attendance and performance, and ensuring that operational workflows align with company goals. This position demands a proactive individual who can address challenges, streamline team efforts, and maintain office and production operations during work hours from 12 PM to 8 PM. Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of 8 employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet organizational needs efficiently.
Oversee employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating communication, and promoting engagement.
Conduct talent acquisition processes including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff.
Manage performance through continuous monitoring, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Coordinate daily production and office operations to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Maintain accurate staff attendance records and manage scheduling to optimize workforce availability.
Organize workflows and delegate tasks to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Establish and enforce quality control measures to uphold product and service excellence.
Utilize HRIS technology to manage employee information, payroll, and compliance data.
Track and report on team and individual performance metrics to senior management.
Resolve operational problems promptly and implement improvements for increased efficiency.
Promote leadership and team coordination through effective communication and problem-solving.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and workplace safety standards.
