Candidates required for Customer support team for a UK based Company. Required to have excellent communication skills in English language, Internet/Email, should be available for afternoon shifts from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm (9 am to 6 pm UK Time)
Candidates with previous international customer support experience will be preferred.
The work
Your work may include:
· Answering customer enquiries or passing them on to another department
· Giving information and helping to solve problems·
· Selling services and or taking bookings
· Entering customer information onto a computer database taking payment for goods or services
· Taking payment for goods or services
· Giving refunds.
· Dealing with car parks to resolve issues
· Update prices in the system
Entry requirements
Must have excellent spoken and written English, excellent 'people skills' and a good general standard of education but excellent communication skills, a friendly personality and some IT skills will also be useful.
Previous experience of working with people over the telephone and by email would also be helpful.
