As the social media manager you are responsible for helping to shape our brand identity by managing our content and telling our story through various social media platforms. With influences drawn from real estate, hospitality, design, and luxury retail, our social media strategies are unique within our industry. We are seeking an experienced social media manager with an interest in interior design, architecture and high-end hospitality to join our growing creative services team.  We offer a unique work environment where initiative and creativity is greatly appreciated.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating a consistent and actionable social media strategy, including influencer management and hashtag strategy.
  • As part of the social media strategy, you should be able to determine the specific kind of content needed for each of the various platforms.
  • In the implementation of this strategy, it’s expected, you will plan content across all platforms and use new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
  • Maintain a regularly updated content calendar. 
  • Responsible for maintaining engagement across platforms (including comments and responses to DMs)
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • As a brand that values being at the forefront of our industry, you should keep up to date with the latest trends and updates across all platforms.
  • You should be able to perform basic copywriting duties (captions, labels, comments, etc.)
  • Responsible for monitoring engagement, feedback and all other analytics across all platforms and should be capable of presenting their findings in a monthly report. 
  • In certain instances you may be called upon to create content. You should have the ability to produce and curate content specifically for A&T.
  • Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency

Qualifications & Requirements:

That said, we’d especially love to work with someone who has the following qualities:

  • BSc/MBA degree in Marketing or relevant field -Minimum experience of 2 years working in a similar field, preferably Real Estate.
  • Strong understanding of (local and international) Real Estate and cultural history. 
  • Is considerate and open-minded
  • Is fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Has experience managing corporate social media accounts
  • Is proficient in Google Sheets.
  • Has experience working with cross-platform planning apps (experience with later a plus)
  • Can work autonomously and within a collaborative team structure
  • Is highly organized, meticulous and detail oriented
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
