• Define the product strategy, roadmap and budgets.
  • Define and deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
  • JPS  Collect, manage and maintain product requirements from all stakeholders.
  • Develop the business case (Revenue, Cost and ROI) for investments and gain internal approval.
  • Work with internal/external stakeholders, customers and third parties to assess and collate feedback.
  • Develop core positioning and messaging for the products.
  • Recommend and set pricing after relevant feedback from all stakeholders.
  • Monitor, report and improve product performance and features.
  • Run trials and MVPs, develop and deliver go to market launch plans. Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
  • Work, develop and execute Agile approach to product development within the organization using development tools (JIRA).
  • Educate the teams through training sessions, webinars, newsletters and other mechanisms.
  • Determines customers' needs and desires through customer interaction, market research and competitive reviews.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong presentation skills with comfort leading meetings
  • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.
  • Be the recognized expert in the business on the product, the market, relevant technology and the competition.
