Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Google Ads management (Onsite)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
Responsibilities:
As a Google Ads Expert at Tech BPO, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns to maximize our online visibility and engagement. Your key responsibilities include:
- Tracking: Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of Google Ads campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Reporting: Create and maintain detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for enhancements.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates across our Google Ads campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI.
- UTM, GTM & GA-4: Proficiently utilize tools such as UTM parameters, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics 4 (GA-4) to track and analyze campaign data effectively.
- Keyword Planning: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and optimize ad content accordingly.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors' Google Ads strategies and performance to identify opportunities for improvement and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful Google Ads campaign management
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Proficiency in using Google Ads, Google Analytics, UTM parameters, and Google Tag Manager
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
