We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Solar Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and successful completion of various solar projects within our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, managing project resources, and ensuring that the solar projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Determine and allocate necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Establish project milestones and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Apply engineering principles and best practices to resolve technical challenges.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain project quality.
- Act as a point of contact between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and deliver progress reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during project execution.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Proactively address any issues that may impact project success.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising project quality.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in solar project engineering or related roles.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
Note: This is On-Site Night Shift Opportunity , and timing is 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
