We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plastic Surgeon Consultant to join a reputable healthcare facility in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality surgical care, focusing on plastic and reconstructive procedures. This role requires a compassionate professional who can manage patient consultations, develop treatment plans, perform surgeries, and provide thorough pre- and post-operative care. The consultant will work closely with a multidisciplinary medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and maintain the highest standards of clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed patient consultations, assessments, and diagnoses to formulate effective treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of plastic, reconstructive, and related surgical procedures with precision and care.
- Provide comprehensive pre-operative preparation and post-operative care to support patient recovery.
- Monitor patient progress through follow-up consultations and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Uphold stringent patient safety protocols and deliver quality care aligned with professional medical practices.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient management.
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD) or equivalent qualification such as DNB, MRCP, MRCS, UK Board, Fellowship, or an equivalent credential in Plastic Surgery.
- Several years of post-specialization experience in the field of plastic surgery.
- Proven professional experience in performing plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures.
