Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Interview & Shortlist applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills.
- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria by networking, internet recruiting resources, LinkedIn hunting, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.
- Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
- Expert in negotiating Rates/Salary.
- Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations.
- Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel and makes hiring recommendations when appropriate.
- Arrange for interviews and provide travel arrangements as necessary.
- Extend offers of employment to candidates
- Negotiate and close qualified candidates pay rate, and availability for submittal and interview.
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
- Resolving payroll discrepancies
- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
- Develop KPIs for operational reporting as needed.
Experience and Skills Required for the Role:
- 2 to 3 years of Retail recruiting experience.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask
