Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Admin / HR at AffoTax.com in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Manager Admin / HR will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, providing staff support, managing finances, and ensuring smooth operations. Additionally, the Manager Admin / HR will be responsible for maintaining communication, analytical skills, and providing administrative assistance.

  • Maintaining employee attendance, timesheet report etc and report to CEO
  • Posting new Jobs / Call condidate for Interveiw
  • Updating HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and leaves)
  • Maintaining Internal accounts on a daily basis & verifying invoice receiables on a daily basis
  • Manage the staff queries, attendence etc
  • Process employee’s requests and provide relevant information, report to CEO
  • Ensuring the office has the necessary resources and working and properly maintained.
  • Staff Salaries Management
  • Supervising Office day to day activites
  • Provide neat & clean work environment to all staff and ensure that all janitorial activities
  • payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, allowances, leaves and deductions
  • Perform any other official tasks assigned by CEO

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in administrative assistance and customer service
  • Knowledge of finance and bookkeeping
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

Job time:11am to 7.30pm.
