The group is looking for an experienced and visionary Director of Food & Beverages to lead and elevate all F&B operations across its brands AFOHS Club, Lahore Organic Village & Discover Pakistan HDTV.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Lead and oversee all food, catering, and beverage operations. • Develop and implement strategies for service excellence and profitability. • Manage budgets, cost control, and overall F&B performance. • Maintain premium quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction standards. • Drive innovation in menu planning, culinary presentation, and guest experiences. • Coordinate with management and marketing teams for event-based F&B activities. • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. • Proven experience in hospitality, restaurant, or club management. • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience with a strong track record in F&B leadership.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
