Female Calling Agents

Aftab Associates is seeking dedicated Female Calling Agents to join the organization on an adhoc basis. The ideal candidates should have completed at least matriculation to FA level education and must be fluent in reading Urdu clearly and accurately. These agents will play a crucial role in managing outbound and inbound communications to support the companys customer engagement goals. Basic computer proficiency, including data entry skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, is essential to perform daily tasks efficiently. The role demands effective communication abilities to interact professionally with clients and internal teams. This is a temporary position based at our Gulberg II Lahore office, operating Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Candidates will be joining a dynamic environment and will be part of a team of 25 persons. They will contribute to achieving high standards of customer service and operational effectiveness through timely and accurate data handling and communication. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking short-term employment while honing their administrative and communication skills.
Responsibilities

Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Read and comprehend Urdu content fluently to assist in customer interactions and data collection.
Input customer and client information accurately into company databases and CRM systems.
Maintain and update records using Microsoft Excel and other basic computer software.
Assist in organizing contact lists and schedules to optimize calling campaigns.
Follow scripts and guidelines to provide consistent and high-quality customer service.
Report daily activities and progress to team leaders promptly and accurately.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and achieve team targets.
Adhere to company policies, confidentiality protocols, and data protection regulations.
Support administrative tasks as required to maintain operational efficiency.
Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to enhance job performance.
Manage and prioritize calls to ensure timely completion of daily objectives.
