Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting IT project managers and ensuring the efficient execution of IT projects from inception to completion.
Job Description:
As an IT Project Coordinator at ACE Money Transfer, you will collaborate closely with IT project managers and cross-functional teams to assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring. Your responsibilities will include maintaining project documentation, coordinating tasks, and facilitating communication to ensure that IT projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Assist in IT project planning, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Task Coordination: Coordinate IT project tasks and activities, ensuring that team members understand their roles and deadlines.
Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Resource Allocation: Collaborate with IT project managers to allocate and manage project resources efficiently.
Communication: Facilitate clear and timely communication between IT project teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring everyone is informed of project progress.
Risk Management: Assist in identifying and evaluating project risks and participate in the development of risk mitigation strategies.
Quality Assurance: Monitor IT project progress and deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with client requirements.
Issue Resolution: Assist in identifying and resolving IT project issues and roadblocks, escalating to project managers as needed.
Client Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular IT project updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in IT project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana).
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
