• Oversees all company social media accounts management
  • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlightens audiences and promotes brand-focused messages
  • Research, build and nurture social media partnerships that increase our reach and engagement to key audiences.
  • Works with other teams and departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
  • Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
  • Monitors and maintains media schedules as well as prompt settlement of invoices.
  • Monitors competitors’ activities and market intelligence and be proactive.
  • Coordinate with the design team in line with the brand guidelines.
  • To collate and develop the monthly social media reports.
  • Work with the content team to develop compelling consumer and media content.
  • Other marketing-related task requests by the Marketing Manager.
  • Help measure, analyze and report on the impact of social media through data.
  • Provide general communications support, including administrative tasks as required.
  • Manage online community and submit responses to reviews on respective channels

Demonstrated Skills And Competencies

  • Demonstrated knowledge of brand campaigns, social media content, online trends.
  • Keen news judgment - ability to manage global, macro, alongside micro details on each social post.
  • A leader and relationship builder that is creative, flexible, and proactive. Proficiency in social media channels, especially Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and tools like SproutSocial.

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Able to execute a project from start to finish independently – and on time!
