The applicant selected for this opening will be tasked with:
- Selling project property units
- Mainly making & built healthy relationship with affiliates
- Built relations with registered and non registered affiliates
- Visit them on daily basis
- Paying client visitations
- Giving demonstrations
- Carrying out site visits
- Visit client premises with consent of client ease, and closing deals.
Further, he will be responsible for effectively communicating project sales offers, strong following up with clients for deals & sales maturation/healthy relationship management, renegotiating property prices with buyers where needed, and achieving project KPIs to expedite individual performance levels.
Ability to commute/relocate:
