After Sales Support Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Aftersales Support Engineer with prior experience in the solar industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid technical understanding of solar projects. Experience with hybrid solar projects will be considered an advantage. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and aftersales service for solar energy projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to solar installations and equipment.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth execution and maintenance of solar and hybrid projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their concerns and provide timely updates.
- Assist in the documentation and reporting of service activities and technical findings.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience working in the solar industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems and projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work on-site and engage directly with clients and project teams.
