We are seeking a freelance writer who has a keen interest in all things to do with computers. You'll be able to write about an array of topics including Windows, PC hardware, gaming, Android, iOS, and more. You should also have a good understanding of SEO best practice, and be aware with general writing and editing skills in WordPress.
The job requires you to write guides and how-to's on the above mentioned topics. You will be assigned tasks on daily basis. We'll give you a topic with a reference url, and other instructions (if necessary). You will also be given a focus keyword to target in your article (requires you to have an idea about basic SEO). You should be able to hand in exceptional copy to deadlines.
You will be writing at least 3 posts per day (5 working days a week). The post length will differ depending on the topic and steps to follow, but they will be around 400 words on average. If there's a lengthy guide, say 1000 words or more, then we'll adjust accordingly.
We'll be paying Rs. 15000 per month. The first month will be probation period after that you get our base salary package of Rs. 18000.
Required skills and experience:
- The ability to write unique and SEO-focused copy quickly
- A keen interest in PC, and technology in general
- Proficiency with basic WordPress skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organization
