- Focus on building structural/architectural/electrical/fire/plumbing/sewerage system of all the existing school buildings.
- To establish realistic schedules for the projects and to ensure implementation of most appropriate and effective progress measurement and also enable effective monitoring of the progress, which is essential for ensuring timely project completions.
- Provide planning and scheduling support required in the execution of major rehabilitation projects.
- Develop Project WBS (work breakdown structure) using the latest project planning and scheduling tools, eg Primavera or Ms. Project.
- Provide technical assistance as subject matter experts on Construction site activities.
- Provide technical assistance in Rehab Project Planning, Scheduling, Procurement and Design.
- Analyzes Major Rehab Projects to plan the most effective execution sequence.
- Review and monitor schedule and progress submitted by contractors during detailed design drawings, Procurement and construction.
- Deliver timely, accurate and sensitive project controls information that facilitates a clear understanding of the performance of the project in relation to planned performance targets.
- Prepare and review tender documents, Bills of Quantities and Engineer’s estimates for works, variations, and change orders required in the rehabilitation work.
- Prepare and analyze costing of bids received (price bid evaluations).
- Participate in site visits, monitor, and assess projects being implemented to ensure conformance with the design and cost estimates.
- Review and prepare contracts and tender documents.
