- Senior Manager School Development will have the overall responsibility to lead the school’s development and repositioning exercise in the region.
- He/she will be responsible for supporting the regional management team in programme planning, proposals development for school up gradation; extension/expansion; and development and implementing quality assurance and school evaluation across the region.
- He/she will work in close coordination with the Central Office school development section regarding examination board affiliation and school registration
- His/her responsibilities will include development and revision of standards and benchmarks for schools and hostels, frameworks for school development, and evaluation mechanisms for schools and hostels
- Facilitate the General Manager to conduct situation analysis for school extension, development and rationalization
- Work closely with capital projects section to develop design briefs for schools to be constructed. This may include developing programme briefs, providing standards and advising on facilities to be created for specific academic Programmes
- Monitor implementation of school policies in all the schools across the region. Conduct orientation sessions on policies for school heads and teachers
- Work in close coordination with HR to ensure effective implementation of performance appraisal of teachers and roll out of performance bonus.
