Vice Principal – 2nd Shift, Aga Khan Higher Secondary School, Karachi
- The Vice Principal of the Aga Khan Higher Secondary School, Karachi will be responsible for the management and administration of the school as well as supervising and supporting the professional development of the faculty.
- S/he will be responsible for school operations, planning and development, monitoring and evaluation, as well as supervising and maintaining student records and school discipline.
- The Vice Principal should develop his/her own section to achieve the desired student and teacher profile and ensure compliance with the policies and procedures of AKES,P.
- The ideal candidate must hold at least a Master’s degree preferably in Education from a reputed university, and have a minimum of 5 years of teaching and 03 years of educational management experience at an institution of good repute.
- The individual should have effective and strong communications, classroom management, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and proven experience of working with parents and the community is desirable.

Aga Khan Education Service, Pakistan (AKES,P) is a network of educational institutions that combines the operation of 159 schools and 5 hostels with the management of programmes to enhance the quality of teachers, academic resources and learning environments in Pakistan through community partnerships and long-term interventions.
