A. ABOUT AGA KHAN FOUNDATION PAKISTAN
The Aga Khan Foundation Pakistan (AKFP), a member of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN), is a private, non-denominational, international development organization established in 1967. AKFP focuses on sustainable solutions to challenges related to poverty, hunger, illiteracy, and poor health, with a special emphasis on marginalized and remote communities, particularly in mountainous and resource-scarce regions across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
B. INTRODUCTION TO THE PROJECT
AKFP, in collaboration with AKAHP and AKRSP, is implementing a post-flood recovery initiative titled Improved Resilience to Climate Change of Communities and Ecosystems in Gilgit Baltistan and Chitral (IRCCCE). This project operates in disaster-affected districts of Gilgit Baltistan and Chitral, aiming to strengthen climate resilience at the community and ecosystem level.
Adopting a community-first approach, AKFP works closely with local communities to co-create sustainable, inclusive, and context-specific development solutions. These initiatives empower women, youth, and children to actively participate in planning and implementing multi-sectoral climate adaptation and resilience-building activities.

Project Outcomes and Key Outputs
Outcome 1: Increased protection of women, children, and men from climate-related risks through green infrastructure.
Outcome 2: Enhanced conservation of natural resources through climate-forward, regenerative practices, and productive infrastructure.
Outcome 3: Strengthened knowledge and capacity on climate change and adaptive strategies at community and institutional levels.
C. Overall Objective of the Assignment
The objective is to produce a comprehensive project completion documentary (5–8 minutes) that showcases key achievements, implementation strategies, best practices, and the tangible impact of interventions.
In addition to the main documentary, 3–4 short thematic video clips (90–120 seconds each) will be produced, focusing on areas such as:
Human-interest stories will be a central element of both the main documentary and the thematic clips, illustrating beneficiary experiences, satisfaction, empowerment, and transformative outcomes. These videos will serve as vital communication and advocacy tools for donors, communities, and the wider public.
Eligibility of Service Provider: Eligible applicants include individuals, firms, or companies not blacklisted by any national or international agency. Preference will be given to service providers with demonstrated familiarity with the local languages, culture, and terrain of Gilgit Baltistan and Chitral.

SCOPE OF WORK
The selected service provider will:
1. Develop an engaging concept, script, and storyboard reflecting pre-, during, and post-intervention conditions.
2. Meet with project teams for contextual understanding.
3. Film project locations in GBC, including interviews with beneficiaries, AKFP, partners, and relevant officials.
4. Integrate human-interest stories and testimonies.
5. Present draft versions (with English subtitles) for review and feedback.
6. Deliver the final versions (long and short) in both digital and physical formats.
7. Produce a digital photo album (~50–60 photos) and printed copies.
8. Ensure all content is approved by the AKFP focal point before final payment.
Note: Language and subtitle preferences will be finalized by AKFP during the inception phase.

1. Approved script and storyboard
2. Three drafts of the documentary for review
3. Final 5–8-minute documentary (1 master + 5 DVDs)
4. 3–4 short thematic videos (90–120 seconds each)
5. One 2–3-minute documentary highlight
6. All raw footage and photographs
7. One digital photo album (plus five printed copies)
8. Videos in AVI, MP4, and MPEG formats
9. Theme-based clips for social media, including interviews
