Responsibilities
- Manage overall branch operations to guarantee smooth and efficient daily activities.
- Drive branch business targets by focusing on deposits, loans, account openings, and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
- Ensure the branch complies with bank policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements including those set by the State Bank.
- Oversee cash handling and vault management processes, maintaining highest security standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and operational issues professionally and promptly.
- Review and authorize transactions, documentation, and all customer account activities for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and analyze branch performance reports regularly and deliver updates to regional management.
- Promote banking products and services, including digital banking options, to expand client base and increase revenue.
- Monitor branch expenses carefully and implement measures to meet profitability goals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operational support and swift resolution of issues.
- Work independently to manage branch functions effectively despite not managing a direct team.
- Conduct or facilitate compliance audits and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions when required.
