Role OverviewWe are hiring a top-tier Full Stack Engineer who uses Claude for 50%+ of their coding workflow. You think in prompts. You design systems through AI collaboration. You move 2–5x faster than traditional developers without sacrificing quality. You understand how to structure context, validate outputs, and productionize AI-generated systems.
What You Will Own· Ship high-impact revenue-driving features weekly.
· Design full-stack systems with Claude as your architectural copilot.
· Turn product ideas into deployed code in hours, not weeks.
· Build internal AI-accelerated engineering workflows.
· Continuously refactor and improve systems generated with AI.
Technical Scope· Frontend: React / Next.js (modern, performant UI systems).
· Backend: Node.js or Python (FastAPI preferred).
· Database: Postgres, Redis.
· Infrastructure: Vercel, AWS, CI/CD pipelines.
· Experimentation: A/B testing, feature flags, analytics integration.
