We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is familiar with client management, Upwork bidding processes, and has a proven track record of success in business development. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience in generating leads through LinkedIn.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
- Manage the bidding process on platforms such as Upwork, ensuring proposals are competitive and delivered on time
- Generate leads through LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and sales materials
- Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, client communications, and project timelines
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's services and industry standards
- Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, client management, and Upwork bidding
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in market research, identifying new business opportunities and negotiating contracts
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed
- Experience in generating leads through LinkedIn
